Just a reminder for all residents that the Village of Aviston’s Shut-off Policy was slightly changed in August.  If your water is shut off due to non-payment, returned check, etc, your service will be reconnected the NEXT business day AFTER payment(to include the reconnect fee) is made, at our convenience.  Please do NOT expect to have your water service restored immediately after your payment is made.  Also, the Village is NO longer calling residents to remind them of their past due accounts.  Utility bills are mailed out on the 1st of every month and are due on the 25th of every month.
