Welcome to Aviston, Illinois
Aviston is a small town with a big heart. Located approximately 35 miles directly east of St. Louis, it is on the eastern side of the St. Louis metropolitan area (Metro-east).
Residents of Aviston take great pride in their community and this is proven by the numerous volunteer organizations. Although Aviston is not directly on a major interstate highway, several major highways are nearby: I-64 to the south, I-70 to the north, I-57 to the east, I-55 to the west, and New US Rt. 50 runs through the heart of Aviston. Aviston’s growth, kindness, and location make it a great place for business and living.
