The Village of Aviston will hold a Flu Clinic with Comprehensive Care Pharmacy on Wednesday November 14th from 9-11am at the Village Hall. The following is the procedure for billing flu shots:
If the person is 65 years or older, Comprehensive Care will bill Medicare Part B (covered 100%)
If the person is 65 years or older and has a Medicare Advantage Plan, we will bill that advantage plan but it may not be covered.
If the person is less than 65 years old, he/she pays $40 up front, then we take a pictures of their insurance card and bill it when we get back to the pharmacy. If it is covered by the insurance, we will send a reimbursement check in the mail to the person.
