It is with great pleasure to announce that Aviston Elementary School has been named a 2018 National Blue Ribbon-Exemplary High Performing School. This is a tremendous achievement for our students, faculty and the entire Aviston community.
We are just sharing the good news now, but plan to have a celebration sometime in November after the award ceremony. The National Blue Ribbon award is being presented to 24 schools in Illinois, and 349 in the United States. This is truly an honor we can all be very proud of at our school.
