At the September Village Board meeting, Ken Leach with the Aviston-Albers Cub Scouts presented Detective J. LeCroy with a plaque of appreciation for teaching emergency preparedness to the Scouts as well as for his continued support. Leach also presented the Police Department with a plaque of support for their continued support of the Scouting program.
