The Clinton County Health Department has several immediate openings for Case Managers as well as LPNs to work with individuals and families who have been exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19. Case Managers will provide contact tracing, education, and assistance with accessing community resources, data entry and several other associated activities. These are 9 month, full time, part time and contractual, grant-funded positions. Education and/or experience related to health care, case management, statistics, human services or related fields is preferred but no required. Please email a letter of interest and resume to:
